Who We Are
The Miami Valley office of Sunbelt is owned and operated by brothers Gerry Chadwick and Mark Chadwick and is one of over 350 worldwide offices of the Sunbelt Network. While we work with Sellers and Buyers throughout the United States Sunbelt of Miami Valley, LLC focuses most of our activities in Montgomery, Greene, Butler, Miami, Clark, Preble and Darke counties.
The Sunbelt Network sold over 4500 businesses last year alone and our clients have over 2000 brokers working on their behalf. Being a part of the worldwide network is important since over 40% of business buyers come from outside of the local area of the business.
All of our work is done CONFIDENTIALLY so that your competitors won’t know, your customers won’t know, your employees won’t know, your landlord won’t know, etc...
Our professionals are involved through the entire business acquisition process from the listing, marketing, buyer qualification, due diligence and then finally closing.
When you hire Sunbelt, you can be assured that our professionals will work diligently to represent your needs from listing to closing. Our achievements have not gone unnoticed.
Sunbelt has been rated the top business brokerage firm every year since 1995. The January 2005 edition of Entrepreneur Magazine ranks us the preeminent business brokerage firm once again.
